1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kuvio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and businesses.
2. Description of Service
Kuvio is a website-building platform that enables businesses to create and manage professional websites. The service includes website templates, a content management dashboard, and the ability to publish sites on subdomains of our platform. Features vary by subscription plan.
3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to access the dashboard. Accounts require admin approval before becoming active. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Kuvio to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful. You may not use the service to impersonate others, send spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
Kuvio offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Free plan users are limited to one website and do not receive customer inquiry emails. Pro plan users have access to unlimited websites and all platform features. Pricing is listed in Nepalese Rupees (NRS). Payments are processed manually — contact us to upgrade. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The content you create and publish on your websites remains your property. You grant Kuvio a limited license to host and display your content as part of providing the service.
